arma Jurisdiction Notice
Our services on arma are available only where local law permits. We do not offer our platform in jurisdictions where online wagering, gambling, or gaming is prohibited by statute. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their access to and use of arma comply with the laws and regulations of their own jurisdiction.
This notice outlines the jurisdictional scope of arma, the eligibility requirements for account holders, and our approach to legal compliance. It is not legal advice. If you are uncertain whether arma services are lawful in your region, we recommend consulting with a qualified legal professional before creating an account.
All deposit and withdrawal flows on arma—via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or other payment channels—are subject to the jurisdiction-restricted access framework outlined here.
Service availability and jurisdiction restrictions
We at arma do not operate under a single government license or regulatory framework. Our platform exists to serve users in jurisdictions where the applicable law expressly or implicitly permits online gaming, sports betting, or entertainment wagering. Conversely, we explicitly do not target, market to, or knowingly serve users in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited.
The legality of online gaming and sports betting varies significantly by region, state, and municipality. What is permitted in one jurisdiction may be entirely forbidden in another. We maintain geographic access controls and compliance monitoring to prevent service delivery to prohibited jurisdictions, but these controls are not infallible.
Users are responsible for determining whether arma services are lawful in their own jurisdiction before accessing our platform. If you reside in or are accessing arma from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you must not create an account or place transactions on our platform. Doing so is solely your legal responsibility and at your own risk.
arma does not verify jurisdiction legality for individual users
We implement age verification, KYC processes, and geographic filtering, but we cannot guarantee comprehensive jurisdiction compliance on your behalf. Final determination of legality rests with the user.

-
2
Access to and use of arma is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
-
3
You provide truthful information during account registration and KYC verification.
-
4

We reserve the right to verify your representations at any time through our KYC process, payment verification, or account review. If we discover that your representations are false or incomplete, we may suspend or close your account and forfeit any outstanding balance in accordance with our terms.
Regional payment and withdrawal compliance
arma accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet, as well as direct bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. These payment methods are available primarily in Indonesia and surrounding regions where our service operates.
If you are accessing arma from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, or another supported region, deposits and withdrawals through these channels are processed according to our standard payment flow. However, if you are accessing from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, we may decline to process your payment or may restrict access to your account pending compliance review.
We do not process payments for users in prohibited jurisdictions. If we identify that your payment originates from or your account activity indicates access from a restricted region—during Liga 1 betting season, Idul Fitri holidays, or at any other time—we may impose transaction holds or account restrictions pending investigation.
- Payment provider verification
- mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and other payment channels conduct their own compliance checks. Restrictions imposed by these providers are binding on arma transactions.
- Bank transfer holds
- e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment may flag or hold transfers if account activity suggests prohibited-jurisdiction access. arma cannot override bank-level compliance decisions.
- Withdrawal restrictions
- If your account is flagged during compliance review, withdrawals may be restricted until investigation is complete.
Our compliance and legal obligations
We at arma undertake compliance measures including age verification, know-your-customer (KYC) identity checks, transaction monitoring, and geographic access controls. These measures are designed to prevent service delivery to minors and users in prohibited jurisdictions. However, no system is absolute, and we do not guarantee that prohibited users will be detected or blocked in all cases.
We maintain detailed records of all account activity, transactions, and KYC submissions. These records are retained for regulatory compliance and law-enforcement cooperation. If a government or regulatory authority requests user information, arma will disclose records as required by applicable law. We do not provide advance notice to users of such disclosures unless permitted by law to do so.
arma's data protection and privacy practices are set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Your personal data—including identity documents, payment information, and transaction history—may be shared with payment processors, compliance vendors, and legal authorities as required for operations and compliance.

We do not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether arma is lawful in your region, you must consult a qualified attorney before proceeding. Your failure to make this determination does not excuse liability under your local law.
